Notice Is Hereby Given That the above-named Debtor has filed a Motion For Sale of Property Free and Clear of Liens as to the following property: 2030 S. 18th Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15203 (Parcel ID 13-A-82) to Andrew Walker Giffin and Lucia Sanchez Madrigal for $241,500.00, AS-IS, according to the terms set forth in the motion for sale.

A Hearing is scheduled for January 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., before Judge Gregory L. Taddonio, at which time higher or better offers will be considered. The successful bidder will be required to deposit $5,000.00 in non-refundable hand money in the form of a cashier check not later than 48 hours following the entry of an order approving the sale, with the balance due at closing of the sale, which must occur within thirty (30) days after the order approving the sale. Inspection prior to said sale hearing is available but requires preregistration with Judge Taddonio not later than 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the sale.
