IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL LAWYERS

IN RE: PRE-TRIAL CONCILIATION SCHEDULE FOR CASES LISTED ON THE JANUARY 2026 TRIAL LIST

You are hereby notified of the publication of the pre-trial conciliation schedule for the cases listed on the January 2026 trial list.

This published list indicates the time of the conference, and the Judge before whom the conference will be held.

TRIAL LIST CONCILIATION POLICY

(a) All the requirements of Pa. R.C.P. §212 will be strictly enforced.

(b) All attorneys and parties to a listed case should appear on this list. In the event that an attorney or party has been omitted, all counsel who are aware of the omission shall promptly notify Calendar Control and the omitted individual.

(c) Counsel who impleaded an unrepresented additional defendant must immediately notify said defendant, in writing, of the time and place of the conciliation conference.

(d) Motions for sanctions for failure to comply with Pa. R.C.P. §212 and Allegheny County Local Rule 212, shall be presented to the conference Judge.

(e) Plaintiff(s) counsel must have their plaintiff present and available for participation at the conciliation conference

(f) Defendant(s) counsel must have representatives of any indemnitor present and available for participation at the conciliation conference.

(g) Any party requesting a change in the scheduled conference time, must make said request to the conference Judge to whom the case is assigned.

This pre-trial conciliation schedule appears on pages 6 to 9 of this issue.
