DISSOLUTION - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Shareholders and Directors of Exler & Company, Inc., a PA professional corporation, with a registered office at 357 N. Craig St., Pittsburgh, PA 15213, has approved a proposal that the corporation voluntarily dissolve, and that the Board of Directors is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the corporation under the provisions of Section 1975 of the PA Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended.
